Hobbies: When I’m not working, I can be found coaching competitive soccer, playing with my dogs outside, and working my way through the recipes in our family cookbooks (yes, there are more than one!).
Something that people would be surprised to know about you: I am equal parts tomboy and girly-girl. I spend 6-7 days a week on a soccer field, so I am constantly coming home sweaty from working with my players. On the other hand, I love makeup and have worked on over 25 photo shoots and weddings, including doing everyone’s makeup in my own wedding party!
Special Skills: I am passionate about helping our youth become happy, successful and effective leaders. I do leadership and life coaching for young adults, which allows me to utilize my MBA and Masters in Leadership to help shape our next generation of leaders. My background in organizational development and management analysis help me to look at all sides of something in order to make sure it’s as efficient as possible.
What you LOVE about what you do: I came to Eco Chateau as a client because I was trying to reset my body. I was in a bad car accident in August 2012 that resulted in spine and nerve damage and a lot of pain. I spent over a year in physical therapy and was looking into alternative therapies so that I could get off of all of my medications. I did the 21-day detox and was able to rid my body of the residual medications, as well as be the most relaxed and pain free I had been since my accident. I love that I get to pay that forward and help other clients on their wellness journey and look forward to hearing their stories of success.

Lived in San Diego: I moved to San Diego at the end of August (2017) for graduate school at the University of San Diego. I’m a newbie!
Hobbies: I am really motivated by self-care and being good to myself. I love being submersed in nature, so hiking, walks with my dog, yoga, and beach days are always a must. While I’m active, I also love a good chick flick and a night in with friends. I thrive on connection and just love to be around people who bring out the best in me and make me feel so good. ?
Something that people will be surprised to know about me: I spent a month in Africa this summer and fell in love with the simplicity of the Tanzanian community and the beautiful views.
Special Skills: I’m a counseling major. I have a huge heart, ears that always listen, and eyes that never judge. I truly feel that just being there for people to talk to and lean on can change the world.

Hobbies: I see myself as a bit of a “Jill of All Trades” in that I love to do a lot of different things. Reading, writing, watching films, creative projects (drawing, sewing, woodburning, etc), music, learning new things, and reading tarot are all interests of mine. I’m also enamored with nature and prefer to spend my time outside exploring, hiking, trail running, tree/rock climbing, and swimming.
Something that people will be surprised to know about me: I am a scientist! When I’m not at Eco Chateau you can find me studying insects at the Natural History Museum. So if you ever see a creepy crawly in your house, don’t smash it–I’ll catch it for you!
Special Skills: Making people feel welcome, writing, organizing literally everything, and climbing things. I also am learning how to play a mean banjolele (that’s right, it is a banjo and a ukulele in one!)

Special Skills: I have been doing skin care for 12 years and have been a specialist in all the fields: waxing, facials, make-up, and clinical aesthetics. Here are some things that set me apart from others in my field: I’ve been told my touch is so good, that I should work on celebrities, and I have many yelp reviews about how my clients love their eyebrows after a shaping with me. I have also been told I am very good with young ones that come in, unsure about receiving a service, and I feel this is because of my ability to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. I am a Certified Nutritionist, and also went to college to study TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and completed studies as a Holistic Health Care Practitioner Specialized in Herbal Sciences. It also included training in other alternative healing methods such as Aromatherapy, Cupping, Moxibustion, and Gua Sha. I feel I bring my healing energy to every space I work in.

Something that people would be surprised to know about you: In my former career I specialized in animal training and behavior modification at Sea World San Diego. I’ve worked with numerous species of exotic animals including birds of prey, waterfowl and large parrots. I have also been fortunate enough to work with sea lions, otters, walruses, dolphins, pilot whales and the majestic killer whales during my 11 years in the park. I feel blessed in having that experience because it was truly an amazing adventure!
Special Skills: I am a person of many talents and I used to believe my greatest skill was my ability to entertain theatrically.
